Very personable and work with you to make sure your needs are met! The only reason it's not a five star review is because the units are not sealed, you get tons of spiders. I'm not sure if mice can get in, but there's a good chance they can. Only one way to find out

Cody is a pleasure to work with and very cooperative. I am disappointed that my storage was broken into. Cameras were pointed to other side of storage shed.
