Great guy to deal with. I have dealt with Brian multiple times over the last few years. He has serviced and replaced the worn furnace in my home and also small heating repairs on my grandmother house. Everytime I leave the experience feeling good about using him and not some of the other big chains. The big chains tend to do a lot of nothing for a good chunk of time and money. This was not my experience with A-1. He has been doing this a long time and is very knowledgeable.
