I had the best experience with both Ken in East Dallas and Ike in the Design district! They were professional and friendly (even with my kids!). I highly recommend them!
Dealt with Fast Trac Locksmith LLC before calling A1 and got the sketchiest vibes over the phone. The contractor wanted my billing info over the phone and gave me the run around with a specific key I needed and then rescheduled a few times and never came. I found A1 and they scheduled a time, told me a price and made it happen. Thank you so much for your professionalism and transparency!
I was very impressed by A1 today. I called multiple locksmiths around Dallas and was told either "We don't work on motorcycles" or "We don't work on YOUR motorcycle". Since the bike in question is an older foreign model, finding a replacement ignition online proved impossible. Robert Laukaitis was easily able to make two duplicate keys based on the broken key we brought to him, and got my son's bike back on the road. We will be coming back to A1 when we need a locksmith!
A-1 Locksmith was AWESOME! Jeff and Ed 'the Head', were very professional, and took care of my needs. James was awesome too, even though he was on vacation. I had a duplicate key with buttons, made, and they were right on point, when it came to programming it. They had two computers to do it, a dedicated computer for the programming, and a back-up laptop, in case that failed. I recommend them for any of your locksmith needs, 100 percent! -Kerstin C.
Robert, the store manager, is fair dealing not free wheeling! Truly the salt of the earth, he is the kind of guy you can trust with your locks and safes. Great to meet him at their Frisco shop.

Blake did a fantastic job even though he had to deal with hornets, locks that had to be drilled, a chain on the door etc. he really went above and beyond and I appreciated it! Thank you A-1!
