James was very pleasant and super helpful at the A-1 Safe store in Plano. I ordered a shelf for my safe and bought a Liberty document safe, which I feel was very reasonably priced I am very pleased & satisfied with the service I received and A-1’s range of merchandise.
Very professional and super friendly place. Dane, the GM is very knowledgeable, address all my questions and needs without a beat, with programming and key cut, in and out within 10 minutes. The price is way below my expectation. A great experience! Thank you for being around in our neighborhood.
