The crew at A-1 in Carrollton are simply put, superb. They know everything and anything regarding locks, have outstanding customer service, are willing to figure anything out, super helpful, and I will never make a duplicate key at a Lowe’s/Home Depot (which don’t work half the time) ever again. Just over 5 years ago, I purchased a Liberty safe through A1. I recently had a prblem with my E-Lock on my safe. Not knowing if it was under warranty, I contacted A1 for help. After explaining the problem, they reached out to Liberty for possible warranty on my behalf. Within an hour, I got a call back confirming Liberty would cover the lock and A1 was out the next morning to replace it.
