I'm giving only a 2 -STAR RATING due to A-1 charging a $10 - a - month LATE FEE on my rental. I tried very hard to get ahead of the curve and pay a month ahead with my SS check, but... for a woman my age with my health problems living 300 miles away it just didn't work. I've been with them almost a year now and NEVER missed a payment. I have spoken with everyone there trying to get someone to waive the fee, but no one is willing to do it. The ladies in the office were very nice, we were not able to use this facility as all the units were currently rented.
