HISTORY: Doyle and Charlotte Harris opened A-1 Key, Lock and Safe Service in 1979 . It had a really small beginning as a drive up lock shop in the parking lot ticket booth of the old Cinema III movie theater in Monroe, Louisiana. Over the years Doyle and Charlotte upgraded buildings, equipment and techniques. They saw the industry progress from simple car and house keys to the new technology of transponder keys, keyless entry and pretty house keys.
