I have been dealing with Seema at A-1 Income tax Since 2020. She is the best tax person. She been very helpful. She is very honest.
This was my FIRST time trying this place and will be my LAST and hopefully some of yours if I could help. Seema, the owner I believe, seems like a nice woman. I didn't get the chance to meet her. She needs to rehire. Her staff are HORRIBLE!! They had my tax returns and social security cards for days and I had no contact with them! I was told they offer "drop off" services and I would be notified the same day about my return. I wasn't. I gave it an extra 2 days and still wasn't notified..there was NO communication yet these p... read more
“I had a disappointing experience at this business. The staff seemed quite inexperienced and were not able to answer many basic questions. Communication was also difficult because no one spoke Hindi or Punjabi, which made the experience frustrating. Customer service and staff training definitely need improvement.”
Very bad service, very expensive, They show they speak Punjabi or Hindi, but the lady understands everything in Punjabi, but she said I don’t understand Punjabi or Hindi. ਜੇ ਤੂਹਾਨੁੰ ਪੰਜਾਬੀ ਆਉਂਦੀ ਨਹੀ, ਤਾ ਲੋਕਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਿਉ ਦੱਸਦੇ ਉ। what’s app ਤੇ ਫੋਟੋ ਲਾ ਕੇ ਕਿਸਾਨ ਦੀ ਏਵੇਂ ਕਿਉ ਬੇਵਕੂਫ਼ ਬਣਾਉਣਾ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਕੋਲੋ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਟੇਕਸ ਦੀ ਫਾਈਲ ਮੰਗ ਲੋ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸੋਫਟਵੇਅਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਦਾ। I don’t recommend this place.
