Dana owns it and is very friendly and gave my brother a loveseat hideabed to sleep on, because of his medical problems with his legs. She also rented him an efficiency apartment.
I highly recommend Dana. She has years of experience and it shows. She helped me with an older home purchase that required many inspections and referrals. She was a good sport about all the extra trips to the house. Always responsive, helpful and honest.
