I had A-1 do the house and garage insurance claim in 2022. Turned that invoice over to the insurance company on a new hail claim in 2024 to find out invoice has no invoice number. The work on the invoice does not match the work they did. The 2024 claim is denied for my windows. Call A-1 several times to get a answer of, they lost that invoice during a business move to a new location. Now I have to pay 5,000 dollars to have my windows fixed.
We have used this company for our personal home to replace our roof and our rental properties. We found them to be honest, prompt and efficient. They even helped us dealing with the insurance company. They provide quality workmanship and cleaned up afterwards leaving only signs of a new roof! Thank you!
