Wow, what a terrible experience. Gave them one phone call and a gentleman answers with just “Hello?”. Doesn’t state his name, the business name, nothing. Gave off a vibe that he just doesn’t care for additional business. I had to confirm with him that he is in fact with A1 Home Repairs but at no point gave me his name. After some awkward back and forth, I asked if he has any customer service experience and you promptly answered, “No.” I suppose they are doing well enough that they don’t need any more customers.
I used them in 2015 for my kitchen extension (they did a great job). Now they just remodel my bathroom. Apollo and his team did a great job again. they turn my small bathroom to a master bath. Apollo gave us good suggestions. he was always on time and his estimate was very reasonable. I will recommend a1 to every one.
