Wade and Josiah have came through multiple times for projects at my house, along with projects for my clients. I run a foundation company, so any time we expose foundation walls (demoing drywall, trim, and framing) they come in and make it look like we were never even there. From bathroom/kitchen remodels to interior and exterior painting, they are the go-to crew.
Josiah and team were absolutely amazing to work with! They did a basement renovation for us and it was done very well. They got it finished in a timely manner and were very communicative throughout the entire process. They were also incredibly friendly and easy to work with. Will be using them for any and all general contractor projects moving forward!
Josiah and Wade were professional, knowledgeable, communitive, polite, personable, honest and fun. They had wonderful ideas about remolding my bathroom and when they added the backsplash in my kitchen. Very responsive (next day) after all the money was paid and I had a minor leak. I will be using them again when I need more work done on my house.
I’ve use A-1 Home Renovations on three separate occasions and have my name on their list for a fourth job! Josiah and Wade are total professionals, giving accurate, reasonable estimates, doing excellent work which they completed in a timely manner. They’ve replaced supports on my deck, painted, constructed an amazing accent wall in my entry, modernized my master bathroom, replaced lighting….they can do pretty much anything! I’d recommend them to anyone. Above all, they are honest and genuinely nice!
From start to finish of multiple and major remodeling projects they have completed for me everything has been GREAT. 1st house-Complete living room and kitchen floor/paint,5stars! 2nd house-Bed room remodel then Kitchen and bath complete remodel,5 stars!
