Jerry knows the inspection business inside and out. Very knowledgeable & thorough with his inspections. Great guy!
Jerry has been out to our house 3 times over the last 14 years. He did our initial home inspection and did a very thorough job and then I've had him out two more times to do radon testing as I had a teenager move their room to the basement, so Jerry suggested we make sure there were safe radon levels. Jerry has inspected two homes for us. He is prompt, professional, and helpful. He allows the home buyer to follow him around, ask questions, and point out concerns. He is polite to the owner but does not allow the owner to influence the inspection. He treats both parties fairly.
