This company was hired to put in a Radon mitigation system by the homeowners we were buying a house from. Let's just say the job was done horribly and wrong. He had told us he couldn't put the exit pipe through the roof cause he was too big to get in the attic so he had to go through the wall in the garage. We had some inspectors come out after the job was completed and was told he should have sent the pipe up through the roof and not out the side of the garage. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! My husband and I are first-time home buyers, and we hired Joe through the recommendation of our realtor. During the walk-through, he seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. He took lots of pictures, and he kept reassuring us that he would send us all the photos he took, and his report would be very thorough. HOWEVER, during the inspection, he wasn't going to look in the home's crawl space. I had to say something about it, and good thing I did because we found a major water prob... read more
