Requested an inspection of AC, working fine, no noise or shaking. After numerous visits, parts, time spent and $700 later - the same AC sounds like a thrashing machine, rattling and moving. Thanks Mike for returning today to fix the problem. We really appreciate your attentiveness.
28 degrees this morning & heater quit working. Called Mike at A-1. He came within an hour & replaced bad switch. So grateful & highly recommend.
A very responsible, friendly company
Thank God for Mike! I recently went 4 and 1/2 days without air conditioning and was extremely concerned about my 13 year old dog and 2 cats. I called Mike Monday morning and he came just as soon as he could, diagnosed the problem and went to get the part. The next morning he came by and completed the job ...AND THEN THERE WAS AIR!!! MIke is a very nice gentleman, and I feel a very honest one. Definately will call him when the next heating/cooling emergency happens!!!
Our A/C went out last night. First thing this morning, we contacted Mike at A-1 Heating and Cooling in Prescott Valley. He was at our house within one hour and diagnosed the problem almost immediately. It involved replacing a part, which he had in his vehicle. He hooked up it in no time and the problem was completely fixed. The price he charged was more than fair, and he gave us general information on the health of our unit. He is our go-to guy from now on. He is also a Veteran.
