My mother-in-law called b/c her ac was out. She was told she needed a new unit and quoted her 9900$ for furnace, ac etc. discounted to 8900$ b/c she is a senior citizen. Upon getting a second opinion she just needed freon to recharge her unit and it was 150$. NICE TRY A1, but the elderly lady had family looking out for her!

I called 20-25 places in the area and this company came through for us in this crazy heat!! Came within a day (even called me to tell me they could come sooner than originally expected), service rep was excellent and our AC was up & running within 20 mins. I will not forget this great experience!!
Have been a customer of this company for many years, always appreciated the yearly courtesy calls and always had a good experience until yesterday, my AC wasn't working, tech came out and informed us that we needed a new thermostat, no problem, after installation I wasn't really satisfied with product but said ok, I was horrified that I was charged almost 4 times the cost of the thermostat, very disappointed and no longer a customer...
