The guy came out and said multiple things where wrong with our furnace and that a few things will need replaced in order to get it up and running properly. He didn't put the furnace panels back on and he didn't reassemble the fluke pipe he took apart. He left and said the office will be in touch. The quote from the office wasn't within our budget so we decided to get a 2nd opinion. We did and the other guy we had come out fixed the furnace for less than $150 and it's running perfectly. Extremely disrespectful and no compassion for their elderly customers who have been with them over 30 yrs! My grandma has had issues for over 2 yrs gets charged a service fee for the thing to up and not work the next day. The " owner " one of the lady's said and I quote " maybe you're grandma shouldn't live alone " umm excuse me who are you to assume further more how is that not rude and disrespectful! Customer service skills suck. We won't be using them from here on out! Go take some respect classes!!
