The technicians purposely left a 1 inch perimeter gap between my new humidifier install and the existing duct work thinking I wouldn’t notice because it was hard to get back into that space. They also improperly installed the humidifier so now it doesn’t operate efficient and water drips into the ducts instead of thru the humidifier. Do not use this company. They will cut corners at your expense.
