GREAT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!! A1 installed a new upstairs systems several years ago. It worked flawlessly until last evening. Called this morning and a tech arrived within an hour. He thoroughly checked the system and found the problem and corrected it. AND NOW THE GREAT NEWS!!. He checked with the office and informed me I had a 10 year parts and labor warranty when it was purchased. Thus, no charge. GREAT COMPANY even after the sale. THANKS!
