We've dealt with A1 Heating & Cooling for years for our home and rental properties. I can't say enough about their quality, reliability and professionalism - it's over the top! Whether it's new system install, service or maintenance, they are our GO-TO preference. They care about their customers! It's rare these days when you can honestly say this about a service business.
Called Tuesday concerning an issue with my furnace, they had a technician out the next morning and Clayton diagnosed the problem quickly and explained everything perfectly. Had it fixed within 20 minutes.
My furnace quit working on Friday. Becky arranged a quote on Monday. Working with Becky, in the office, was a pleasure. She was very helpful and explained everything in detail. After I decided to purchase the furnace from A-One on Tuesday she was able to schedule the installation the next afternoon.
