Great install, great service, came out for routine maintenance recently and made it out the same week I called. We get all our filters through them also and they always have what we need.
Lost heat in my Goodman furnace and called A1 since they were close to me. They told me that they will have someone out that afternoon to see what was wrong. I spent all day waiting for them to show up or at least give me a call to let me know what was going on. Now, most people it wouldn’t be that big a deal but, my work schedule is 6:00pm to 6:00am and I try to keep my sleeping schedule the same on my day off.
