a1 is a very good company, service was outstanding & they were prompt. no hot water when got back here after being gone a few days, , called Ed Staub & Sons left message because it was weekend. Dee from Ed Staub was here monday morning & figured the problem, suggested i call A1. I called A1 monday mid day, Randy was here mid afternoon recommended new on demand propane water heater. We had a problem that was over our head and Sarah showed up early. She impressed us with her ability to track down an issue that was fairly complicated. She seems to have solved it and she was pleasant and I will want to ask for her in the future, whether I am in Boise or McCall. She works between both areas. Sarah thank you so much for all your help.
