I had a very frustrating experience with this company. Our AC was struggling to keep the house cool, reaching up to 87° during the day. After multiple visits, I was told it was the capacitor, then that it needed more refrigerant, then that a leak test was required, and later that the coils had to be replaced. I paid for all of this work, including additional refrigerant, but the system still didn’t cool properly. It's registering about 104 outside today. Our AC is performing well. Why? After several years with another company, we decided to switch to A1-Heat and Air. Good move. Mason diagnosed the problem "accurately" - and had the problem fixed. Inside humidity reading is lower than ever! Happy homeowners.

Extremely unprofessional, Company has no sense of urgency. Technicians have little to no knowledge of the systems they work on or how to properly maintain and install them. Extremely messy with their in home operations.
