Our experience with A-1 Heat and Air was beyond disgusting! Because of the heavy rains over the last several days our A/C system became inundated with water which caused freezing in the lines and the A/C stopped working, forcing us to live with 85 degree temperatures inside the house for 2 days. We called A-1 to come and repair the system, for which they charged a double few just to come out on a Sunday. In response to your review, which from my knowledge you are the boyfriend of the homeowner. We received a call from Ingrid on Sunday May 7, 2020 at roughly 8:00PM through our answering service. Our tech came out during a thunderstorm for an afterhours emergency call. He found the coils were 90% frozen and the drain line was backed up. These guys saved me a ton of money on a new system. I was faced with a $9000 estimate from another company and A-1 Heat and Air came in at a little more than $5K saving me the difference. In and out in a day and wow what a difference the new unit makes. If you are looking for an HVAC contractor or need just a repair these guys will take good care of you. Thank you Mason for all your hard work and also the rest of the guys as well.
Our experience with this company went extremely well from the salesman to the service technicians.. Thank you Mason for coming out and giving us what we were looking for whiling we were trying to do our research on which unit would work best for us and our home. Thank you to Asher and Jason who arrived right on time and set up the unit; they were both extremely helpful and had great attitudes during a long days work; oh yes and thank you Angel for coming in to help wrap everything up! You guys were great!
