Stay Away. This company is super unprofessional. I have rental property and my tenant order a dumpster from them when she was moving out. They had a disagreement about the payment and A1 decided to dump all the junks to my property. They didn’t even notice me about it.If you don’t want any trouble find a different company. STAY AWAY!
Great service! Girl I talked to on the phone gave me an exact quote for a 15 yard dumpster to be filled with horse manure. Drivers were great, threw boards under the dumpster so it wouldn’t sink into my driveway, put it right where it needed to be, he even double checked clearance on the back door so I could still swing it open to load (it was in front of my garage) I called on a Thursday, had my dumpster by Friday and I had finished loading it by Sunday so I called Monday morning and they picked it up that day! Although this company does charge less for a dumpster you should assume they will not retrieve the dumpster at the agreed upon time. They will point to the contract and a clause that allows them to extend the pick up time for an extra 3 days. I was never able to pre-read the terms of the contract as they said they would send the terms of the contract prior to delivery, but they showed up with the dumpster so my wife assented without noticing the three day pick up delay. They no-called, no-showed on me twice. Terrible, terrible service. The least they could've done was inform me they weren't coming. Can not recommend these guys.
