It was completely repaired in no time, in a like new condition. He gave us a follow up call to insure that everything was running properly. (Who does that in this day and age???) Jack from A-1 just stopped by and in less than 20 minutes fixed my washing machine that has been sitting broken for over a month! I will never wait that long to call for a repair again since I already know who I will be calling next time.
Jack was very friendly and helpful. It took a little longer than he had anticipated but he didnt overcharge me for his service. The problem got taken care of and my dishwasher is back up and running. I would definitely contact him again for service. Thanks!
Would use this service again. I called another repair company when my refrigerator broke. By the next day, I was still waiting on their call back, so I called Jack. He returned my call fairly promptly. He came by my house the same day, assessed situation and gave me all options. I think hes a one man company so no huge overhead like the company I waited almost 24 hrs to call me back.
Jack comes when he says he will and explains all of his work. He is the only one I will call in the Ft Walton/Destin area.
Fixed my refrigerator same day with no extra charge for emergency service. I also bought an awesome dishwasher from him for cheap. Great company.
