Truly did not want to give a star but had to for this to be posted. As a property owner, I do not recommend this property management company. Mr Royce H. is unresponsive; have sent emails and left numerous voice messages. The tenants complain about the office losing their payments. (Had to cancel checks and resubmit payments) The list goes on and on as to why NOT to use this property (un)management company.
