Louis was great from beginning to end. I order a portable generator off of Amazon and I stop working 5 mins after running it. The powersmart companies customer service was horrible. I called A-1 and not only did Louis answer all my questions over the phone I was able to bring it in that day and have it fixed within 48hrs. I highly recommend their service to anyone.

Luis went above and beyond to fix our generator in our motor home . He diagnosed the problem ordered the part and took only an hour for the repair. He would done it same day but had to order the part . Other places wanted to do a complete overhaul or a replacement. Thank you for taking care of visiting Canadians
