Cardio kickboxing is terrific if you like to work hard and sweat this is the class for you. The staff are super friendly and encourage you to push your limits. There are classes every day so if u end up missing one there's always the next day. Prices are really reasonable and there is usually a special offer to get started. I highly recommend it.
