My AC unit has gone out every summer for the last few years. This was my first time using A-1 Finchum and I won’t be using anyone else now. Tyler was one of the nicest guys I’ve met and went above and beyond. Definitely recommend!
Repairman was very through diagnosis for ac leak
We had a technician come out to address an issue on our heat pump system that was installed less than a year ago. The technician was very quick to determine the issue and also explained it thoroughly. The warranty covered the visit, which was nice.
The technician came to check the unit and out the issue that I have complained about 3 times, is one bedroom doesn't cool or heat properly. The fix. Leave the door open. I close the bedroom door in all the bedrooms and that is the only one that isn't working properly. If the other rooms cool with door shut then it should as well. Also apparently the systems Smithbilt installs are made to keep the house at 70 throughout. I said I couldn't live in the house if I set it at 70. He yes and just looked at me.
