As a general contractor payment is usually expected within 30 days. He does not work within that industry standard and wants immediate payment. However, I have not worked with him and do not doubt the quality of his work.

Signed a contract to have them install a fence for us, in Early October, they didn't get it installed by the end of the November when he tells me that $1000 frost charges will be added if we proceed. Let's point out this is an unseasonably warm year, even now in December. The ground has virtually no frost and 30-40's were forecasted for the foreseeable future. Then to make it worse, he says if we want to do it the following spring we will have to do a new contract, so no doubt the price is going up? What an absolute joke tha... read more

Great company! A-1 fencing put a 6ft chain link up for us to keep our dogs in our yard. It looks great and was done quickly! I would recommend them to anyone.
