I went to the retail shop and got immediate service before I entered the building! I bought parts to close a gap between a backyard gate and the post it secures to, as well as a butterfly closure for a separate gate. The parts were immediately available, were inexpensive, and they didn't want the .09 cents, instead rounding down to the nearest dollar on my bill. Fantastic experience! I. completed both minor jobs quickly, thanks to A-1 Fence having what I needed.

This place is great! I went here to buy materials for a short section of fence and gate so I could do the job myself. I had never installed chain link fencing before. The owner took a lot of time to explain to me how to do everything and sold me everything for hardly anymore than I would have spent at a big box store. And that included custom building the gate for me to the exact dimensions I needed.

We called and made an appointment for some one to come out for an estimate. Was told that they would call the day before to confirm. Never received a call so we waited until the office opened the day of and the lady who answered the phone sounded as though she had no recollection of an appointment but said someone would call. He called and said he would just come by and take a look at it when he gets time and that we did not have to be home. We said we would rather be home so we can tell you exactly what were looking for.
