Very rude and unprofessional and just hung up in my face
Update after owners reply (2 yrs later) 2024 - after reading through several of the reviews left for this business and the responses the owner provides, I am absolutely shocked that they are still in business. The responses left by the owner are not only rude but derogatory. Even the response left for me, buy a better TV. I'm not really sure how the type of TV I have has anything to do with the service provided. If you're good at your job, you fix what is broken, you don't make it worse.
