In August 2020, A1 Exterminators came to our property and their technician ripped the floor upon moving the stove. The floor was replaced on May 5, 2020 and the tenant moved in on July 1, 2020. A1 Exterminators refuses to replace the floor and has offered to only "repair" the floor which has not been advised by the flooring company who installed the floor in May. Our Company did respond to a service call at the request of the complainant. Upon arriving our inspector did cause a small scratch in the floor while pulling out the stove to inspect for pest activity. Our inspector made note of the damage and notified the client immediately when the accident occurred. Since the damage sustained was minor, we made an offer to repair the area. We reached out to the company that installed the floor and they told us they could repair it. The complainant wanted the entire floor replaced. A pictu... read more

I used this business for many years. This year when I called, I had bees and mice. They told me that the service for both would be more than their yearly plan which was approximately $300, and it included three services per year. I said great, I'll take the plan. They say that they sent me a brochure and an email, which is possible. However, I know what I heard, so I probably didn't pay attention to their communications.
