I dropped off my combo 9 inch tv in late October. Wanted repaired to give to my significant other for Christmas. If you want your TV in worse condition than when you drop it off, this is the place to go! Like many of the other one-star reviews, I'm sure there will be an excuse about parts, delays, or something else conveniently outside their control. The reality is that after a failed repair, I had to bring my TV back in, only for it to be damaged. From there, I was strung along for more than eight months with promises, delays, and no resolution.
