I dropped off my combo 9 inch tv in late October. Wanted repaired to give to my significant other for Christmas. Every week it was the same “tomorrow it will be done” “next week it will be done” or “I’m still waiting for parts”Whenever I called for an update he seemed like he was irritated and angry at me that I wanted MY TV? If you want your TV in worse condition than when you drop it off, this is the place to go! Like many of the other one-star reviews, I'm sure there will be an excuse about parts, delays, or something else conveniently outside their control. The reality is that after a failed repair, I had to bring my TV back in, only for it to be damaged. From there, I was strung along for more than eight months with promises, delays, and no resolution. Friendly, helpful and honest.
Dropped off a VCR that needed to get repaired. It was done in a timely manner and customer service was awesome. He was very kind, friendly and extremely helpful. I'm so happy he was able to repair my VCR. :)
