From day one, the communication was a complete joke. Trying to schedule a lesson is like trying to contact a secret government agency. They never answer the phone, ignore emails for days, and twice—TWICE—they completely ghosted me on scheduled appointments. No text, no call, nothing. I have honestly never experienced such utter incompetence and blatant disrespect in my entire life. I came here expecting a standard, decent experience, but instead, it was an unmitigated disaster from start to finish. First of all, the service unacceptable. Terrible experience. They don’t have a clear explanation for why are you failing and the handwriting is unrecognizable. Can’t imagine how you can improve for your next driving test. Wait for meaningless 30 mins and thanks for nothing. Don’t go to test only if you want to fail
