Imani is a terrible instructor.She has not patient,very rude.Her customer service is horrible.Not sure why they continue letting this lady instruct anybody.You people that is already ,Imani is not making anybody.She must no somebody .She has no business working with people.
Ms.Imani Hines was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely lacked compassion. People are already anxious in that environment, and instead of offering any kind of support or patience, she added to the stress. Her tone was harsh from the beginning, and when she saw I was taking notes on my phone about what I needed to work on, she raised her voice at me — for no reason. Great class, full of alot of helpful information and understanding
Jan is an excellent teacher, and the curriculum covers everything people need to know about defensive driving and fulfills the requirements to lower students' auto insurance and possibly qualify for mercy in the judicial system. 5/5, highly recommend.
I took my driving test on Tuesday, April 15th, and unfortunately had a bad experience with the instructor. She was rude and disrespectful throughout the test, constantly raising her voice and giving unclear instructions. What made it worse was that she treated the person before me much better.
