I called and asked for a quote, and he said he could arrive at my home in ten minutes. When he arrived, he looked at my broken garage spring and gave me a quote for parts and labor. So, I had him repair my broken spring. He was very professional, polite, and repaired the spring fast. He did an excellent job!

Great, reasonably priced service! Our garage door torsion springs broke last night. I found the parts on-line and thought about trying to replace them myself. A little internet research and talking with some coworkers and friends made me realize that springs that large under a great deal of tension could do a number to the body, not to mention waiting a week to get the parts shipped (and listening to my wife complaining about her car being parked outside). I called this owner and asked if he had any availability he said no. I asked if he had a list he said yes I informed him that I understood that he would not be able to get to me until a few weeks and then I would call someone else just in case. Additionally I asked if I could be placed on the list he said no. I asked why not he said because we go one by one. I said well sir that sounds like a list to me.
