I have not personally used the service of this company but as a neighbor, I was highly disappointed. No forewarning that they would be cutting down trees over a couple of days, blocking off both entrances to even get to my home and no one watching for traffic because some people houses were between what was blocked off. I was even told I couldn’t come through because of what they were doing. I had to argue that my home is in this block. It’s appears that they do great work but communication could be a lot better.

Had a tall pine fall on my house during a storm. Went through the roof into the attic and punctured through an upstairs bedroom ceiling. A-1 was a recommended vendor for my insurance carrier. I wasn't familiar with the company but Silas Jr. showed up promptly with his crew. They worked hard for hours and did a fabulous job getting the large pine off my house, out of the attic, and cleaning up a huge mess. Wonderful service that relieved so much stress for me. They're the best!
