This place is a hidden gem. John is a through professional and a gentleman. It was very easy to make an appointment and he did a very thorough detailing of my 2015 Traverse LTZ. Got the vehicle in time as promised. The vehicle looks super clean and new again. All the pollen and dust stuck in joints and gaps are gone. Sunroof looks spotless again. First of all, do not believe any of the negative reviews you read on here. This guy is grade A professional service. Helped me reschedule an appointment when I couldn't attend the original one. My car was in rough shape and he went above and beyond. He got out all the sand. He removed a bunch of tiny scratches. Really washed inside and outside the vehicle. Got tough dirt stains out. The car simply smells amazing as well. Don't go anywhere else to have your car detailed. This guy is legit !
