I am very happy to have this dentist to go to. It is a small office and you do not feel like he is just trying to get finished so he can rush on and make more money. That has been my experience before. He is very caring and takes care of everything. I am a big chicken and I can honestly say he has never hurt me. The pinch from the local is the only thing I ever felt that was uncomfortable at all. He has cleaned my teeth and given me a root canal. I simply called the office to ask questions about what different discount plans they accepted and the lady who answered was very rude! She said that I was calling the wrong place and that I should call the provider! I told her that I wanted to make sure they accepted certain plans before I purchased anything and she said she couldn't tell me what they accepted or what the costs might be! I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.
It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. I have never seen a coupon for this provider, nor do they ever have specials or promotions going on. I don't think they like to help people save money.
