Great experience, Great service
I called to check how much they charge to assemble the new kids’ bike ordered from Walmart. The person who picked up said $180. I mentioned that Walmart offers a $75 option where a Walmart 3rd-party comes to assemble. He said I don’t understand my English. I’m wondering if this person is being racist. It would be better if the shop owner addresses how to handle customers. Remember, you’re not assembling a rockets just screwing a few bolts.
Excellent! I brought my bike by for a tune-up after 6 years of it sitting in my garage without being ridden. They took about 5 minutes to look it over, confirm what needed to be done, and to write me a quote. The work was done in 3 days and the pickup was seamless! They also immediately noted that my bike was purchased from A1 without me needing to tell them, and confirmed it was covered by the warranty still
Good service, good mix of staff. Knowledge ranging from the road, mountain and even bmx bikes. I bring in my odd bikes that I purchased elsewhere and they are always ready to help with small adjustments etc. They carry parts, bikes, and even cool bmxs. And they even have skate board section for those who still have the knees for it. Good local business that should be supported by bike novices, enthusiasts, and unique individuals such as myself.
Been there 2x's in last week. I'm 69. Been a long time I've been on a bike. 3 weeks ago, Bought a Qlife trike(don't recommend) Amazon. Spoke to Steve he provided me with alot of maintenance info. I went there today, 4/11. Had Thomas help me with my brakes. Great staff! I've read the Outstanding reviews from others. I agree! Jerry C.
