I was referred by a friend, they fixed my car's alternator, but incorrectly positioned the fan belt which caused it to tear and tangle around the water pump (same day I picked up the car). I took it to the dealership the next day and let me know this is directly connected to the work done by A-1. Since then I have contacted the shop to ask them to simply pay me for my expenses. It's been a week of me calling, leaving messages, emailing. I've been cordial but I've had no response from you. What do I need to do to get a reply?

Great shop! They are knowledgable and if it is an emergency financially they even have an option to make payments with No Credit!
Found myself stranded in Renton on a Saturday afternoon with a blown tire. The guys here actually had my size in stock and fixed me up VERY fast. They were so nice and got me back on the road way quicker than I ever thought. Thanks guys, I will definitely recomend you to anyone. :)
