A-1 Construction replaced an old metal roof and a skylight had been leaking. After the new roof was installed, not only does that skylight continue to leak but now the one opposite it has starting leaking. I have contacted A-1 Construction 3 times to get a fix. Either seal the existing skylights or replace them. They have never responded to my calls. I recently sent photos of the leaks via a text message and they did not respond to that either. I could give a negative 5 stars on this company, I would... These clowns (Rafeal and A plus) installed the roof on my newly constructed house in 2014. In 2018, we had a lot of snow and my house developed 3 leaks in the roof that I thought we caused by ice dams. The leaks were causing water to drip through the soffit vents and the soffit fascia seams in 3 different areas of the house.
