Took a bit of time before they could get to my project. They were booked solid I guess. Although the 2 main slabs I wanted were raised, I most likely could have saved myself 500 dollars if I had not had some additional slabs done. There was no noticeable diff. once they did these three other slabs for that amount. I still have to seal a large gap in the middle of driveway I thought raising these slabs on the side would close more. They returned my calls promptly, called back when they said they would.They showed up when they said they would. They cleaned up after themselves and they were pleasant to deal with.
I contacted four companies about my project. A 1 Concrete was the only company to answer. We made an appointment on a Thursday, for the next Monday. Dan was very prompt and gave us a quote on the spot. He gave a date when he would call to make the appointment for the work, again, right on schedule. The guys were done in under 3 hours and it looks great. I offered water, due to a 95 degree day, but they had a cooler. The guys did a great job and cleaned up and even watered my flowers that were next to the concrete work.......
The men arrived early for the job, very neat, very professional. They took the time to answer my questions, and made sure I was happy before they left.
Arrived early for job. Dan and his crew are very professional and work was completed as discussed. Answered questions, left area clean and completed job looks great. Will contact them for future needs and recommend them above other companies that submitted quotes.

The men were professional, neat, gracious, answered all my questions and cleaned up the area before leaving. They encountered some unexpected challenges but did not change the price they had promised. Their repairs look great.
