Such a weird phone call. I've recently had a home inspection with a second company. That home inspector reported issues with the electric and recommended to find an electrician for a professional opinion. I called to inquire what a cost on a quote to find and fix things found. He let me know that it would seem like a bad idea to do that because they (bealmear) would not give me a quote without doing another home inspection for 400$ because they can't guarantee the other company didn't find everything. They were very good. The guy who did the work explained everything he was doing step by step. He was very thorough and very polite. Would use them again.
