If possible, I would give a negative rating due to the pathetic performance by their "inspector ". Explanation as follows. If buying or selling a home, do not use A-1 Complete Home Inspections. I will refrain from naming the inspector, but if you use this company you may get this moron. First off, from the information I've received and past experience, a decent home inspection for a house similar to mine should take about 3 hours, usually closer to 4 if not more.
