Kyle was amazing. Fixed my unit and showed me how to do yearly maintenance at no additional cost. This is a really good company. Recommended by a friend and they were everything that was promised.
I first used A1/Jim for my swamp cooler back in 2012. Today, Kyle and Brandon came out to repair the swamp cooler and had it fixed in no time. This is a family business worth supporting.
We've been using Kyle for several years now, both at our home and rental property. He has reasonable prices, is always responsive, reliable, and overall good quality work. He's also a really good guy and will put in the extra effort to make someone else's job easier. Which I noticed when he drilled some extra holes for our electrician when putting in a new A.C. unit (which he didn't have to do). We like working with him and will continue to use his company for all of our heating and air conditioning needs.
We wanted to replace our furnace due to its age and potential safety issues. We requested several estimates. A-1 Choice was recommended to us by a a professional in our area that spoke highly of their work. A-1 gave us the best estimate for a high quality heater. The previous unit was quite loud and did not sufficiently provide air flow to the upper level of our home. We had a problem with our furnace and they were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They were able to come out the next day accommodating our schedule. The technicians were thorough, HONEST, and took the time to figure out what was actually going on instead of immediately recommending expensive replacements.
