While I didn't have service done by this company, I am highly unsatisfied. I was getting my 4 year old on the school bus, I one of the Drivers named Ron K. decided he was not going to stop. The father of the child getting off the bus had to walk across the road in order to stop him as he continued to roll forward. Then when he got back across the street the driver started rolling forward again as my son was getting on the bus. The bus driver was yelling at the driver to stop and he still continued.
