A pleasant experience – I've had some bad experiences with contractors and hate remodeling as a result. I needed to get most of my house re-carpeted and wanted some tile work done in my kitchen. I heard about A-1 through a builder friend of mind. It's kind of a small place that mostly deals directly with builders, so their hours aren't the most convenient, but the showroom is nice and has a good selection.
