I had my tile floors, broadloom carpet, and a small area rug professionally cleaned, and I highly recommend the service. My home looks refreshed and almost like new again. The carpet fibers feel cleaner, the colors look brighter, and the tile and grout came out looking excellent. I did not want to spend my free time scrubbing floors or dealing with rental steam cleaning equipment, so having experienced carpet and floor cleaning done was absolutely worth it. The results were much better than I could have done on my own, and ... read more

My carpet was beyond dirty, and I finally decided it was time to get professional carpet cleaning after dealing with a really messy living situation. When Kai and Lucas arrived, they took one look at the carpet and were very understanding about how bad the stains and buildup had become. I was honestly worried the job might be too much, but they were calm, respectful, and never made me feel embarrassed about the condition of my floors. They treated the whole appointment with care and professionalism from start to finish. Ka... read more

A-1 Carpert Cleaning Bay Area did a great job cleaning my 8x10 area rug for a fair price. clarence was friendly, easy to talk to, and very professional from start to finish. With 4 dogs and 2 cats in the house, my rugs get a lot of pet traffic, dirt, and everyday wear, so i really needed a deep carpet cleaning service that could freshen them up without any hassle. I had picked up two really nice rugs, an 8x10 and a 5x8, and after the cleaning the larger rug looked amazingly bright and refreshed. honestly, it looked even clea... read more

We have a four-year-old sectional with normal wear and tear and a few pet stains, and I honestly thought it might be time to replace it. Before spending money on a new sofa, I wanted to see if a deep upholstery cleaning could bring it back to life, and I am so glad I made that call. They were able to schedule me quickly, and Lucas arrived exactly at the beginning of the time window I requested, which I really appreciated. He was frien... read more

We had extremely dirty carpets, and after getting a few estimates from different carpet cleaning services, we chose A-1 Carpert Cleaning Bay Area. The person who scheduled my appointment was very helpful and flexible, even when I had to reschedule twice. Kai arrived on time and got right to work on carpets that were heavily matted, dusty, and full of pet hair and deep-down soil. He did a great job with the vacuuming, agitation, and deep carpet cleaning, removing years of buildup in just a couple of hours. The drying time was... read more
